From 1230PM-130PM Reality TV Star Olumide Onajide will be leading the class through a circuit style workout. Get ready, his energy will be just what you need to empower and excite you!
Starting at 1:30 PM, Tomorrow's Verse will host an OHN Happy Hour, giving everyone a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy a post-workout beverage! Plus, each attendee will receive a FREE goodie bag! You must be 21 or older to attend.
*Each attendee is welcome to bring one guest who is not in the healthcare field!
